Carter Millican is a graphic designer living and working in New York City. She focuses on innovation and strategic consulting, and has worked with IDEO, Redscout and SY Partners in San Francisco, Singapore, and New York. Carter adores community- and user-driven design, and has worked in industries from publishing to architecture, as well as serving as a guest critic at California College of the Arts. She is obsessed with hand processes like silk-screening and sewing and does event planning and interior styling in her spare time. Carter is originally from Virginia and has a BA in Literary and Cultural Studies from the College of William and Mary and an MFA in Graphic Design from Yale University.
